Improve data importing options

User Story:

I would like it to be easier to import and load my data into SetHero. Ideally, this would involve a few options:

• Simpler data importing experience

• Paste from .csv

• Link to a Google Sheet so that data is automatically synced

• Importing data to columns that do not exist in SetHero

• Direct import of Movie Magic files

• Fix performance issues when trying to import a lot of crew positions (dropdowns slow everything down)
